Pop Up Gazebos The Return Of Common Sense. After selling pop up gazebos for eight years we all think its time for a return to the good old days before the Americans convinced us that no matter what we do, as long as we are using something we have bought then any problems are the responsibility of whoever sold us the product. Fortunately the British legal system has some judges who can tell black from white and don\'t believe in the American way – thankfully.

We felt it was time to put down a few issues customers have brought to us where it appears their common sense approach to using a pop up gazebo has temporarily left them!

Firstly let us relate the old tale of the woman who tried to dry her poodle in her microwave. The salesman had assured her that her shiny new microwave would be able to perform all the tasks she had previously asked of her conventional oven. Unfortunately she was in the habit of using the oven to dry Fido after his monthly perm so she thought nothing of popping the perfumed pooch in the microwave next time she gave him a bath. Poor Fido then cooked nicely from the inside out before she removed his husk from the oven.
This tale illustrates nicely how easy it is to make assumptions when buying a product and making assumptions can be fatal – at least for poor Fido.
So how does this relate to pop up gazebos? Well you would be amazed how often customers come to us with a gazebo that has apparently “Just Broke”. Next time you are using your gazebo have a look at it sitting in its bag and wait......no you are right, without some force acting on it, it cannot “Just Break”!!
Also, when you pin your wall down through an eyelet – don\'t expect to be able to shove your motorbike against it – it will rip. This doesn\'t make it faulty – just look at the material and use some common sense!!
We offer at least 6 types of pop up gazebo from around £200 to £2000 – why? Well it is pretty simple, the more expensive the gazebo the better it has been built and therefore the better able it is to withstand what you and the weather is going to do to it. So if you buy the cheaper one expect it to be less able than the more expensive gazebo – it is not complicated really.
Another thing – these pop up gazebos are not nuclear fall out bunkers – they are designed as temporary structures and cannot withstand hurricane whatever so if the weather gets too bad – TAKE IT DOWN!!!
